Welcome to OST

In the heart of the Saint-Pierre district, just steps from Porte Cailhau and Place du Palais, OST is a bistronomic restaurant where everything is homemade using fresh, local, seasonal produce.

Set in a former wine cellar with Bordeaux stone vaults, we offer a contemporary, creative cuisine: three individual main courses and two dishes to share, for those who like to explore together. Starters and desserts are served as individual portions.

The menu evolves with the seasons and carries traces of our years spent in Hong Kong: yellowtail crudo, verbena-infused peach water, black lemon gel and kasha; or black cod-style meagre with roasted pak choi... the technique stays French, but some touches come straight from Asia.

"À la carte" menu, starter-main-dessert around €45-50. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 7pm–10pm.
